Our office is equipped with the most modern dentistry equipment available, including digital radiography, air abrasion (no drills), and Laser SoftCare. Having such technology helps us achieve the optimal results you deserve.

Appointments

Insurance Options

We do accept most insurance plans. We will file your claims electronically by our office computer system. Always remember to bring all insurance information to your initial appointment. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that you are in communication with your insurance company and know what they will and will not pay . We will assist you the best we can with questions about your coverage and provide you with an estimate of what your insurance should pay. However, you are responsible for all charges at the time of treatment, regardless of what your insurance plan covers.

Payment Options

Dr. Harman accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card as well as cash, or checks. We offer monthly payments only through CitiHealth and American General, which are finance companies. Please ask our staff for details. Our office will work yo to schedule your appointments in a timely manner so that payment can be made at each visit. A treatment plan listing all diagnosed finding along with estimated costs of each procedure, so you will know the approximate cost of each appointment.

As a courtesy, your appointment will be confirmed by telephone one or two days in advance. We do ask for sufficient time to reschedule appointments. The appointment time is reserved specifically for you; therefore, we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must reschedule your appointment. If it is after business hours, please leave a message on our answering machine.
